Work out every day and enjoy five lunch hour classes for the price of one. A different class is offered each day. All of these classes are free for BCIT students/staff and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is only required if you will be attending virtually for classes offered online.
Monday- Tabata 20:10
This “let’s get sweaty” workout, challenges your body with bursts of heart-pounding exertion followed by a short rest period….make that a waaaay too short rest period. Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with clearly defined intervals designed to yield results in the fastest amount of time. There is no time to get bored in this workout, which alternates cardio and weights. With easy to follow routines this workout is perfect for all fitness levels.

Tuesday – Definition
Total body strength workout that focuses on building functional movement patterns using traditional strength-training, compound exercises, and a variety of equipment. Tone and define your muscles with this non-cardio format.
Wednesday- Group Cycle
A quick 40 minute spin class to sculpt the legs and get your cardio in.

Friday- Mobility Stretch (In-person/online)
Help improve posture and alleviate tight and over stressed muscles with this 40 minute stretch rehabilitation focused class.
Group Fitness Public Pass
Public Members can purchase a Group Fitness Public Pass to take part in our Group Fitness program. You can purchase this pass at the front desk in SE-16.

Night Rider (Spin)
Welcome to the sweat ZONE. An unparalleled indoor cycling experience that incorporates the best from both metric and rhythm rides. You’ll race past your goals and get lost in the beat. (Moderate to Advanced level – 50 mins)

Glow Spin
Think night club but on a bike. A laser light cycle class with heavy beats and high tempo tracks. Dance your way up heavy hills and jam out thru vigorous valleys. Be prepared to sweat, dance and burn calories. (Moderate to Advanced level – 50 mins – on tempo)

Pilates Mat 1
Grab your Magic circle and experience the magic of Pilates. Challenge and build your core with a variety of small props for a full-body workout. This class combines the best from the traditional Mat repertoire along with some magical twists and creative challenges.
This class is being offered both in person and online. Upon registration you must declare whether you will be attending the class in person or online to receive the zoom invites.

Flow Yoga
Inhale/exhale with reparative sun salutations while holding the more strength demanding poses in the fitness based yoga flow class. Designed to warm the body, lengthen the muscles while activating the core, balance and strength. Suitable for all levels of practice as no moves are advanced until the basics are mastered.

TRX Suspension
TRX Suspension training is the fastest, most effective & variable resistance training program we have to offer.
